Hudsons don't like tornadoes
These are a couple of pictures of my first Hudson, a '50 Pacemaker coupe, and my fifth Hudson, a '53 Hornet 308 Twin-H, after an F-4/F-3 tornado hit my house in May 2003. Both cars are since sold and gone, but thought you'd like to see what CAN happen...

That's just sad. Have you thought about building below ground?0

I can relate to the devastation of a tornado also. In 1976 I bought a new Datsun 280Z The day after I made the first payment, it was squished to about a foot thickness by a F4-F5 tornado. Thank God I wasn't in it at the time. I was under the street in a culvert. Saw lots of cars that were unrecognizable after the tornado. Yours survived pretty good, considering.

The shop collpsed on the Pacemaker. It had a giant "V" down the center of the car and the front clip got shoved over to the left 19". The Hornet trunk got sprung, too. Both cars had excellent bodies, too!
