Looking for some more help
Still gathering bits of knowledge for my ongoing 54 Hollywood project. Been rounding up parts and finally have the machine shop on line with the 7x relief and large valve work. I want to upgrade the rod bolts and see that a 190K ARP bolt has been used. I'm sure I could finally figure it out, but if one of you guys has already done it or knows the # of the bolts used on the rod recondition, it sure would save me some time. Thanks in advance for any help.

The rod bolts I used were ARP wave lock bolts for a Ford 351 Cleveland
engine.
I did had to ream the rod bolt holes out for clearance but I do not have
the size of the ream I used to do this. Thought I wrote it down but can't
find it.
ARP should be able to supply you with the min & max rod bolt hole diameter
for best performance.

Thanks for that help. Gives me a place to start. Sent the specs on the Hudson bolt to ARP but haven't heard back from them, so this will give a starting point. Thanks again. Doug0

I used the same 351 Ford ARP rod bolts, but only had to de-burr them on a steel brush to get them to fit.
