1922 Essex whereabouts

Fellow is seeking info on a 1922 Essex Coach. Don't know if this is even feasible, but here we go.

The car was at one time owned by Bill and Sue Lehr who were NW chapter members in 1973 and owned Capitol Realty in SW Portland OR. They passed away in the 80's.

The car may have ended up in the mid-west. It was apparently at the Detroit national. He may have been a relative.

That's about all the info available.

Since there aren't all that many 1922 Essx coaches ( or ANY 1922 Essex's) left the fellow seeing the info is wondering if anybody has any idea where it might be, or if it still exists. I know, I know - this is a shot in the dark.

Thanks for any ideas - I pass the info along.

Hudsonly,

Alex Burr

If he's looking for a particular Essex coach, but he doesn't have any unique identifiers (like the serial number) then how is he ever going to know if he's found the right one?

Also, which Detroit National, I wonder? Weren't there three?

Yup, it sure is a shot in the dark!

Hell, sure - it's a crap shoot. Told the guy, but he kept insisting I give it a try. Now he'll be happy that the info is out there. Who knows what might turn up.
