The Detroit News section "Joyrides" has chosen the '33 Essex Terraplane owned my Mike Riley, of Pontiac , Michigan as a candidate for "Car of the Week"

    Keep those votes coming folks - I just checked (8:15pm CDST) and Mikes Terraplane was leading the Ford, 52.27% to 28.41% - just like the old days. The Monza is strugglint at 10.23%, the 63 Sprite is going flat at 5.68% while the 1917 Pilot at 3.41% needs a co-pilot!!!

    Mike is still in the lead but not by a big margin

    The Terraplane gets my vote, but it certainly has some worthy competition. If you think a Terraplane's rare....how about that 'Pilot"??

    he just did the hill climb in ind., and came in first in is division with that terraplane.
