I saw this 1946 Hudson parts car in Victoria, Australia. Look at the roof. You would have to trust the driver if you poked your head up. This is my first upload of a photo. Wasnt as hard as I thought, thanks to good instructions. Regards

Here is another photo of a 1939 '112' that had the same treatment. This time they threw away the back doors. The car was buried in white sand, not snow. The farmers dog is trying to help me dig out the car. Regards, Barry
  • Barry, I believe that body style is not one that was available in the states for the 46-7 run. Too bad, looks like a great resto project.

For 1946 in Australia they used the '40 body, but with the '39 rear windows and framed rear 1/4 windows. The front clip, tail lights etc are all '46 Hudson.

Interesting combination! I think the coachwork was by 'RUSKIN' if I remember correctly. Paul.

A small amendment: The tail lights are also '40 but the doors are '42-'47 panels. Maybe someone else to give us more info on these RUSKIN built bodies? Paul.
