Shock Part#'s needed

Hi,I need the part number for front and rear shocks for a '41 Coupe.Thanks DrD:)

    Try these numbers - NAPA 48480 front and 48178 rear

    Josh,would that be the same fo a 46-Super-6 ? (are they STD,or Gas?

    Thanks LC-"UJ' .Off to the auto supply. Trying to finish Steve Traudt's 41 Cpe.so he can drive it to Doc's meet on Thursday.:)

    Steve tried these numbers at Advanced,O'reilly,and Autozone and none of them could cross them. He didn't try NAPA or Carquest,which I don't know why?. DW

    Here are the Shocks that I installed on my '46 Hudson pickup.



    Front #82026 (Corvette) from AutoZone and fit just fine



    Rear #92539* (GM Astro Van rear) from Sears Auto Center

    *I had to remove the steel Bushing in the lower end of Shock to slide onto the larger Hudson 'Stud' then fit fine



    These were not Gas Shocks; If want Gas they just change a Digit of the Number
