Jet Twin H Air Cleaners ?
I was wondering if anyone has used Jet Twin H Air Cleaners on their stepdown? I've got a set of the dry type, and it looks like the only modification that would have to be made would be to shorten the round 'throat' that attaches to the carburetor. It's several inches long, and I'm sure I don't have hood clearance for that.
Does anyone know firsthand if this will work?
Thanks for the help.

I dont know if it will work, but I like you have noted the difference. I might be able to trade a set of regular twin H cleaners for your Jets if they are in reasonable shape, and assuming that the reason you want to do this is because you can't find the stepdown ones.0
