Hudson Stepdown Jack?

I'd like to find an original Hudson jack for my trunk. Not that I intend to ever use it, but rather for the originality of it. I've got original 'U'-shaped style lug bolt wrenches, but nothing as far as the jack goes. I've never even seen a picture of where it goes or how it mounts to the trunk of a '52. If anyone knows that, please share.
