Started after 28 years
Today I started a 57 hudson that had been sitting in a basement muesem of a miami beach hotel since 1978. all it took was a battery and a gas can connected directally to the fuel pump (the gas tank was destroyed by a forklift. I will pull the car out tomorrow and take some pictures of it. I opened the trunk and found about fifteen boxes of new old sock chrome light lenses, dash panels, arm rests ect. the motor sounds tight, no smoke. couldnt believe that it started up that easy. I cant wait to get it on the road. Ill post some pictures on friday.
