engine and trans forsale

I am selling a 1949 commodore 8 cyl with stick and overdrive. Everything the buyer wants will be included. It has 17,000 actual miles on it. I do believe it to be accurate, as everthing checks out. I am making a steet rod and will not need the eng and trans.

What is a fair price? I have several people interested. Your help will be greatly appreciated.
