Wanted To Find Out What Compression Ratio My Engine Is?

Cylinder Head Numbers Are: F233 309117 Powerdome 262 Eng

With Cast Iron head its 6.7:1 and with Aluminum head its 7.2:1 when you do a compression test you should get 100 Lbs minimum per cylinder.

unless you got a 308 with a 262 head on it, then it will be a bit higher...

prolly (just a guess...) 7.5:1 anyone really know?
