49 Commodore Rear Right Door

I'm putting a feeler out for a Right (passenger side) rear door that fits a 49 Commodore 4dr.

My door is in good shape skin-wise but the lower inner structure looks like swiss cheese and probably needs 20+ hours of work to get it back - so I need to contemplate price, quality, and availability before deciding to patch the bottom of this door or buy a nice replacement.

I don't need the hardware, if that opens any alternatives up?
