Anybody on this forum headed to San Simeon this weekend? Im going without my 54, I dont trust the old tires on a 600 mile round trip and it looks like some rain is on the way. I plan on having fun anyway, meeting fellow Hudson owners, taking pictures of Hudsons and taking my wife on the hearst castle tour.

I will be going to San Simeon with my '49 Commodore coupe. As far as rain goes, it never rains in SOCAL in Sept. I hope.

Chris; I will be going up the week after, for a vacation my wife and I planned before I knew about the meet, next year I plan on driving the Hash to any meet I can get to. Of course that silly thing called work interfers with many of my plans, believe it or not I was retired for 5 years but it didn't stick.

My wife and myself are heading down to San Simean from Dayton, Nevada. Hope to be there Friday afternoon. Unfortunatly, we will not be bringing a Hudson this year. Looking foreward to the camp fire chats and swap meet. See you there. Arnie

I will be there. Plan on a quick swim in the ocean again, just like last year. Someone did mention that the water is shark infested in that area. ...nah, just cuz there are Elaphant seals in the next cove north of San Simeon? hmm
